Introducing Standard Chartered Saadiq Tijarah Finance, a world-class Shariah compliant solution for your financial needs.

Saadiq Tijarah Finance is a Shariah compliant, partially secured or unsecured, finance facility for Small and Medium Businesses. Based on the concept of Tawarruq, it allows cash financing for our SME customers to meet their business finance requirements. It is reviewed and approved by the Bank’s independent Shariah Supervisory Committee and offers the following attractive features:

Finance Amount: Up to AED 391,000.00*
Finance Tenor: Up to 48 months*
Required security (fixed deposit) amount: 25% to 33% of the finance amount* for partially secured facility
Minimum Employment/Business Status: At least 3 years in business in UAE*

Documents required for applying for Saadiq Tijarah Finance:

Duly completed Saadiq Tijarah Finance Application Form
Most Important Document
Copy of Passport with valid Residence Visa of applicant director/ proprietor
Copy of valid Trade License
Copy of utility bill e.g. office telephone or electricity bill
Copy of signed Memorandum and Articles of Association of the business
Operating Bank account statements for the last 6 months
