Clients with the leading ERP solutions like SAP, JD Edwards, Sun Financials and Oracle Financials now enjoy this service. It allows companies to enjoy streamlined processing as well as easy reconciliation when required.
Convenience
Using graphical user interface, all processes are mapped into an iconic workflow menu on the STS processing screens, thus reducing training hassles and easing the pressure of staff turnover.
The local language interface and input functionality are added advantages, especially when processing payments for countries where it is mandatory to make payments in local languages. Payee advice is available via fax, mail or courier for all payment types. This will be particularly useful if you have to support vendor queries and other operational hassles.
Global Reach
The regional payment capability of STS allows clients to manage their payables centrally from any location, consolidate payments for multiple countries, simplify the approval process and process all items in one system in a single file. When payment instructions are received, the Bank will debit the client's local Standard Chartered account and effect the payment via the most cost effective payment method supported in country.

Remote Authorisation
Other than approving the payments by logging in locally, approvers who reside in other locations or are traveling, can easily approve payments from anywhere electronically via a phone line. Subsidiaries, both local and cross-border, can now be managed from one location centrally.
