.In case you do not receive your e-Statement, please call our 24-Hour Contact Centre and we will immediately send you a duplicate statement. Also if the e-Statement bounces back due to mail failure, we will send you a printed statement along with a letter explaining the reason for the mail failure for you to take corrective measures (e.g. housekeeping of your e-mail inbox, etc.).
