Reasonable Rates
Rental is payable in advance, on a yearly basis. The rates vary with the size of the box, as shown below: |

There is also a key deposit of B$200.00 which is refundable when you decide to surrender your safe deposit box and return the keys. Prevailing stamp duty charge applies.

Who can rent a safe deposit box?
You are eligible to rent a safe deposit box as long as you have an account with the bank. |

Are joint rentals possible?
Yes. Up to two people can apply for one box. |

How do I apply for a safe deposit box?
To rent a safe deposit box, simply drop by our Main Outlet and our staff will be on hand to assist you. Simply present your identity card or passport. However, rental is subject to the availability of the boxes. |

When can I gain access to my safe deposit box?
You can access your safe deposit box during the times shown below:

What if I lose my key?
If you lose your keys, please report the loss promptly to our Main Outlet, and make an appointment to have the safe deposit box opened for you. You will be charged B$150.00 for lock replacement and prevailing stamp duty and your key deposit will be forfeited. A new safe deposit box will be provided if you wish. |
