TOP-UP
- All top-ups to your Standard Chartered eCash must be in cash or transferred from a Current or Saving accounts.
- Top-up can be made at any Brunei Standard Chartered Bank ATM and Cash Deposit Machine free of charge.
- Over-the-counter top-ups can be made at any Standard Chartered outlet from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. (Saturday) at an applicable fee.
- All top-ups during banking hours will take 1 to 3 working days to process.
VALUE OF THE CARD
The Card Value shall not, in any event, exceed the Maximum Card Value of B$4,000. The Bank reserves the right to refund any balance greater than the Maximum Card Value to the Cardholder in accordance with the Bank’s procedure with applicable service fees determined by the Bank from time to time.

OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS
The Bank will convert the amount of any Card Transactions, if denominated in a currency other than Brunei Dollars, to Brunei Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate including any fees by MasterCard Worldwide.
