Eligibility
To be eligible, you must be 12 years old and above and have identity documents. You don't need to have an account with Standard Chartered Bank to apply. If you are less than 18 years old, the card will be issued under your parent's/legal guardian's name. To apply, please have your parent/legal guardian accompanying you and present his/her Identity Card/Passport together with copy of your birth certificate and relevant documents upon application.
