Earning your points

Every B$5 charged to your Card will earn you 1 point. Accumulate your points from everyday purchases charged to your Card and cash advances.

Your points are valid for up to four years for Infinite Card, three years for Platinum Card and up to two years for Gold, Business and Classic Cards.

Checking your points balance

Keep track of your points by typing:
rewards <space> last 4 digits of your Credit Card number
and send your message to 875 5000.

Redeeming your points

You can redeem your points conveniently via any of the following:

  Enjoy the convenience of printing out your reward vouchers instantly at all our branches.
• Online Banking
  Redeem your dream reward wherever you are.
• Phone Banking
  Simply call 265 8000 to have your request processed.

For redemption through Online Banking and Phone Banking, the reward vouchers will be posted to your mailing address.
