To view your eStatement, you will need Adobe Acrobat reader 5.0 or above. Please click here to download it for free from the internet.
Successful delivery of your eStatement can depend on external factors that are not within the Bank's control like your internet service provider's security and restrictions on email receipt or mailbox limits.
Hence it is important to ensure that your mailbox is maintained with available space to receive your eStatement and that you notify the Bank immediately upon change or termination of your email address or if you have not received your eStatement on time.
In addition to receiving your credit card statement via email, you also have the option of getting an on-the-spot print out at our Gadong outlet. All you need to do is swipe your credit card at our eStatement kiosk, and you will automatically get an identical print out of your last credit card statement.
