- SMS Banking and SMS Alerts are only available to Clients with an Account with the Bank and residing in Brunei Darussalam on a local mobile phone network. Client must obtain and maintain a mobile phone and a valid data connection on a local mobile phone network at the Client's own expense.
- SMS Alerts are sent only when available and practicable.
- The availability and proper functioning of SMS Banking and SMS Alerts depends on variable circumstances including but not limited to location, mobile network availability and signal strength, proper functioning of hardware and software.
- The Bank may suspend SMS Banking and SMS Alerts temporarily at any time for maintenance and upgrading of services.
- Where applicable, the Client shall be responsible for any charges imposed by the Client's mobile network provider for using the Bank's SMS Banking or SMS Alerts.
