- Enquiries on Mortgage Loan- Interest rates/outstanding balances/ loan repayment date /interest to apply
- Saving Account / Current Account /Smart Account- Account Balance /Statement Request – collect at Branch / statement request by mail / Cheque Book – collect at Branch / Cheque book – by mail
- Premium Currency Deposit- Minimum Deposit Amount / Interest rate / maturity date
- Fixed deposit BND / Foreign Currency - Minimum Deposit Amount / Interest rate / maturity date / statement request – collect at Branch / by mail
- Investment services - Unit trust fund buying / selling prices
How to enrol for this service?
- All new credit card members are automatically enrolled upon successful application of their credit card.
- For cardmembers who have not yet enrolled, just follow the steps below. Each credit card account must be enrolled separately, so if you have more than one card, just repeat the steps with each card.

- For all other customers1, just visit any Standard Chartered branch to enrol.
Customers whose latest mobile phone numbers2 have not been provided to the Bank can enrol by calling 265 8000 or 2658188 for Platinum Card.
