Living with HIV/AIDS

In Brunei, we continue to educate our staff, community and partners on HIV/AIDS. Our HIV Champions run training sessions with key partners and the community. All of our staff in Standard Chartered Bank Brunei are 100% educated on HIV/AIDS facts.

We are the first to bring HIV education and training programmes to employees and local and private higher education learning institutions. Through joint collaboration with the Ministry of Education, we have successfully cascaded HIV/AIDS awareness to more than 1000 students since 2003. We have also sponsored and assisted in the setting up of the first office and headquarters for the Brunei Darussalam AIDS Council.
