What does Consumer Banking at Standard Chartered involve?
Consumer Banking (CB) is all about providing retail banking solutions that meet the needs of a diverse customer base. To do this, CB is currently organised into four value centres - Wealth Management, Credit Cards & Personal Loans, Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) Banking, and Shared Distribution.

What do you like best about your job/rotations?
The rotations have enabled me to gain a breadth of knowledge about the Bank beyond the remit of my role.
What surprised you most when you joined Standard Chartered?
I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful work culture and the relative ease with which I was able to interact with senior management and have access to their time and learn from them.
Do you have any key messages for graduates thinking of joining us?
If you're looking for a truly international career experience, you can't go wrong with Standard Chartered. I think the Bank's International Graduate programme is one of the most international and well-structured programmes on offer.
What is the best background/skill to be successful at Standard Chartered?
