We have been actively recruiting on campus for a number of years, and we have a high number of employees who are MBA graduates. Our MBA recruits don't enter a development programme when they join Standard Chartered. How many rounds of interviews will I have to go through before I'm offered a job?
The interview process consists of three stages:
1) First interview with a case study
2) Telephone interview to assess your strengths and leadership potential
3) Final face-to-face interview with recruitment representatives in one of our office locations
Do you cover interview expenses?
We will pay for the cost of travel and accommodation if you have to travel to an overseas location for interviews.
