My role as the Business Manager for Global Corporates China team in Origination, Client & Coverage is essentially a business management role that ranges from devising and executing on corporate strategies, working with the relationship management team in driving performance and growth. I have the opportunity to work on something new by collaborating with various teams ranging from credit, product, Finance and HR teams in ensuring that we have a smooth delivery and execution on end-to-end process and enabled me to build a great view of the bank's business and a more client-orientated focus.
