Employee volunteering

We believe that volunteering is good for our communities, employees and our business. That’s why we offer every employee three days paid leave to volunteer.

It not only gives employees the chance to find out more about the social and environmental issues that face their communities, it also reinforces our corporate values and improves job satisfaction.

Last year our employees volunteered nearly 66,000 days in the community, a 42% increase from 2010. We’re looking to motivate more of our staff to volunteer in 2012.
