SMS Banking

SMS Banking allows you to do some banking enquiries on your mobile phone. You do not need to go to your branch to do the following transactions:

  • Balance enquiry (BE <space> PIN)
  • Transaction enquiry (TE <space> PIN); for last 3 transactions
  • Cheque Book request (CB <space> PIN)
  • Statement Request (SR <space> PIN)
  • Payment of Utility Bills (UP<space><PIN><space><utility company code><space><amount><space><reference number>

To undertake an SMS enquiry, type in your message (enquiry type) and send to 024 311 400Deposit Accounts

To use SMS Banking, you must fill a registration form at your branch where you will be issued a PIN to ensure total security of your account and related information.
