SMS Banking allows you to do some banking enquiries on
your mobile phone. You do not need to go to your branch
to do the following transactions:
- Balance enquiry (BE <space> PIN)
- Transaction enquiry (TE <space> PIN); for last
3 transactions
- Cheque Book request (CB <space> PIN)
- Statement Request (SR <space> PIN)
- Payment of Utility Bills (UP<space><PIN><space><utility
company code><space><amount><space><reference
number>
To use SMS Banking, you must fill a registration form at
your branch where you will be issued a PIN to ensure total
security of your account and related information.
