Allows customers to effect secure payments to beneficiaries who do not hold a bank account or who do not bank with Standard Chartered. Customers transfer their cheque payment instructions to the bank via diskette or electronically. SCB will then create the bank cheques and post these to the beneficiaries on behalf of the customer or return them to the customer for distribution.
