| Standard Chartered's community work in Ghana has led the way within and outside the Group. The Bank's 100 wells for 100 communities project has been cited as best practice within the country and as a standard for responsible business.

| Currently, the Bank is engaged in its "Standard Chartered - Ghana@50 Future Leaders Program" which is focused on the development of future leaders to ensure that the country accomplishes its various developmental milestones which will be showcased at Ghana@100.
