Cash Back and 48 Prizes to Win from a cooperation between Standard Chartered Bank and Shell Indonesia

On May 28, Standard Chartered Bank and Shell Indonesia signed an agreement to give up to 10% cash back benefit to the Standard Chartered Bank’s Platinum and Gold credit card holders for purchases at any Shell gasoline stations throughout Indonesia , and a chance to win a car or 48 other interesting prizes.
For the first time in Indonesia , any gasoline purchases using Standard Chartered credit cards at any Shell gasoline stations throughout the country will receive a 10% Cash Back benefit for purchases using the Platinum card and 5% if using the Gold card.
This programme objective is to consistently provide the added values to our customers especially the Platinum and Gold credit card holders. It is our intention to continue on presenting various joint programmes like this to increase our service level for our valued customers which represents our creative and responsive core values to the market as well as our business partner such as Shell.
The Standard Chartered Bank credit card is the first to introduce Cash Back benefits to its customers in Indonesia since 2005. The first Cash Back programme was a Travel Cash Back for transactions at travel agents and hotels, and then further extended to other industries including super/hypermarkets, department stores, restaurants, and now gasoline stations.
