The increasing importance of wealth management has attracted a lot of attention of our customers in Indonesia , especially in the capital city of Jakarta as well as the growing business-oriented city in Central Java , Semarang . This reflected in high number of attendees, totaling 1,500 customers, participating the “Wealth Session Financial Education Series” event which was organized by the Consumer Banking team in Jakarta on 22 July as well as Semarang on 24 July, and will be continued in Bandung and Medan in August.
Cooperating with wealth management business partners such as Fortis Investments Indonesia, Schroder Investment Management, First State Investments Indonesia and Allianz Life Indonesia , this series of education seminar was organized to provide customers with current market update as well as financial education in line with our brand promise “Leading by Example to be the Right Partner”. A product exhibition was also held to complement the program.
Some of the Bank’s senior management addressed these sessions including Chief Investment Strategist - Group Wealth Management Lim Say Boon and Senior Vice President Economist Fauzi Ichsan. Other speakers were Fortis Investments Indonesia President Director Eko Pratomo, Schroder Investment Management Indonesia Director - Head of Distribution Michael T. Tjoajadi, and First State Investments Indonesia Director Putut Andanawarih.
