- Shell Cashback program is valid for Gold and Platinum credit card (Visa/ Mastercard) issued by Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia
- Promotion started from May 29th 2008 until December 31st 2008 at all Shell outlets nationwide.
- 5% CashBack every Tuesday and Thursday for every transaction using Gold Credit card with minimum transaction Rp 200,000,- and with minimum spending Rp 500,000,- per month (Accumulative transactions) at other merchants beside Shell.
- 10% CashBack every Tuesday and Thursday for every transaction using Platinum Credit card with minimum transaction Rp 200,000,- with minimum spending Rp 1,000,000,- per month (Accumulative transactions) at other merchants beside Shell.
- CashBack is eligible only for maximum transaction Rp 2,000,000, - per month for Platinum Credit card and maximum transaction Rp 1,000, 000, - per month for Gold Credit card.
- Other transactions that valid are Monthly retail transaction, EZ Bill, Monthly installment e.g. Steady pay, SteadyPay by Phone/Cash on Phone/Balance Transfer, Cash advance, and other retail transaction.
- Other transaction that not valid are all cancelled transaction/ disputed transaction, charges and fees.
- Standard Chartered Bank shall cancel or retrieve CashBack given for all cancelled and dispute transaction, and will not be given Lucky draw numbers.
- 1 transaction irrespective of the amount of transaction is eligible for 1 CashBack.
- Transaction at Shell that converted to Steady pay installment will only get 1 CashBack for its first transactions. Its monthly installment will not get any CashBack.
- CashBack will be processed 1 (One) month after the posting date on Standard Chartered Bank Credit card.
- CashBack wil be credited to Cardholders Credit card account in Rupiah currency and can not be exchanged.
- Shell has authority to give surcharge fee for any transactions using Standard Chartered Bank Credit card. Standard Chartered Bank will give CashBack based on total transactions made after surcharge fee.
- This program will not guarantee any availability of Shell products in participated Shell outlets.
- Gasoline rewards is a cash rewards and can be redeemed for all retail transactions at Shell outlet. 5000 point equals to Rp 100,000,- spending at Shell outlets and valid for it’s multiply. Gasoline rewards promotion is valid until January 31st 2009.
- Gasoline rewards redemptions are based on terms and conditions of valid Rewards redemption procedure. For information please call Standard Chartered Bank Rewards center at (021) 57 999 131.
- Standard Chartered Bank has authority to change, delete or add another terms and conditions needed at anytime with prior notification.

- Shell lucky draw program is eligible for all Standard Chartered Bank Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards (Classic, Gold, and Platinum) issued by Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia.
- Promotion started from May 29th 2008 until December 31st 2008 at all Shell outlets nationwide.
- For every 1 (One) transaction in amount of Rp 100, 000, - made with Standard Chartered Bank Classic and Gold Credit cards will get 1 (One) Lucky draw number, valid for its multiply.
- For every 1 (One) transaction in amount of Rp 100, 000, - made with Standard Chartered Bank Platinum Credit cards will get 2 (Two) Lucky draw number, valid for its multiply.
- Shell Lucky draw numbers will be inserted in customers’ monthly billing statement.
- Drawing will be held 60 Days after the promotion end, by Standard Chartered Bank and Shell with perusal from authorized assessor.

- Color, specs, conditions and type of prizes are not optional and already decided by Standard Chartered Bank and Shell .
- Prizes will deliver directly to the winners via authorized third party.Prize tax and fees will be charged to the winners according to taxation rules and regulations from Indonesian government.
- Standard Chartered Bank will announce the winners on Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia’s official website and will contact the winners directly.
- In condition where Credit card’s of the eligible winners are in inactive or blocked within 30 days after the winners announcement, Standard Chartered Bank has rights to cancel the Prizes and give it to another eligible person that has been selected during the drawing process.
- If the winner can not be contacted for Prizes delivery by Standard Chartered Bank within 30 days after the winners announcement, Standard Chartered Bank has rights to cancel the Prizes and give it to another eligible person that has been selected during the drawing process.
- All decisions made by Standard Chartered Bank and Shell are absolute. Standard Chartered Bank has full authority to disqualify the eligible winners for any incompliance upon the terms and conditions applied.
- Standard Chartered Bank has authority to publish the winners, and its pictures, names and other data needed for publication purpose.
