Terms and Conditions ‘Fast Process 3 Days’

- ‘Fast Process 3 Days’ program is valid only for KTA applicants who meet the criteria. Applicable only for new applicants who work as full-time employees.
- Valid only for a Fixed Installment facility with a proposed limit more than or equal to Rp5 million.
- ‘Fast Process 3 Days’ is valid only within the JaBoDeTaBek area. And 5 days for outside JaBoDeTaBek.
- Not valid for applications who provide incorrect data and/or incomplete supporting documents.
- KTA applicants will receive a confirmation through SMS if their application has been received and processed by Standard Chartered Bank.
- Application processing commences on the first working day after the KTA applicant receives SMS confirmation as stated in point no. 6 above.
- KTA applicants will receive notification through SMS whether the application is approved or not.
- Confirmation through SMS is only applicable for KTA applicants whose ‘network provider’ is XL or INDOSAT. For KTA applicants who use TELKOMSEL, 3 or CDMA networks, please contact Standard Chartered Bank Call Center at (021) 57 9999 88 for information on your application status.
