Terms and conditions of KTA promotion- free of provision fee
1. Applicable for KTA application received by the Bank through Authorized Direct Sales Standard Chartered Bank or online application at www.standardchartered.com/id/apply which received by the Bank starting 16 October 2011 up to 31 December 2011
2. Free of provision fee will be implemented by way of cash back
3. Cash back will be transferred into the customer account with the bank to whom the KTA was disbursed. Cash back will be transferred at the latest of 45 working days since the approval of KTA customer. Transfer charge shall be borne by customer.
4. Customer account shall be in active status during 45 working days after disbursement was made. It is to avoid any rejection of cash back transfer.
5. Bank is entitled to request any other document or information if the rejection is occurred during the transfer of cash back.

Terms and conditions of KTA (unsecured loan) for 3 days guaranteed transfer:
The Bank gives guarantee against application process of KTA which has been received completely and met all requirements to be approved by the Bank, within 3 business days if the applicant is employee or 5 business days, if applicant is business man or professional person, starting from the Bank received such application. Any delay to such guarantee will entitle the applicant to receive cash compensation in the amount of Rp.150.000,-. The guarantee is only applicable when the applicant meets the following criteria:
1. Having daily active handphone number to receive any notification of application status. The Bank will send particular short massage service (SMS) containing confirmation of your application status through phone number 0878 8100 0488 (for CDMA number) or in the name of ”StandChart” or ”StanChart” (for GSM number). Please disregard SMS using other phone number except for the mentioned phone number or names.
2. Fulfilling application in complete and in correct way and being accompanied by clear copies of identity card, other credit card issued by bank and cover of account bank statement.
3. The guarantee covers the date when the complete and approved documents was received by the Bank as evidenced by SMS notification until KTA loan being disbursed and transferred to your account as evidenced by the same.
4. The Bank uses its date system as reference of application process duration.
5. The Guarantee will not be applicable for rejected application, incomplete, or it did not meet the Bank’s credit requirements, impediment for verification and or other events beyond the Bank’s control.
6. If the approval process exceeds the guarantee period, you are entitle to receive cash compensation in the amount of Rp.150.000,- which will be transferred to your account not more than 1 month as of the disbursement date.
7. The Bank has fully the right to approve or reject your application.
8. This guarantee is valid only for application submitted by employee domiciling at Jabodetabek and received starting from 18 May 2011 and for businessman and professional person domiciling outside Jabodetabek, the guarantee will start from 22 August 2011.
