WHAT IS GROUP LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE?
Group Life and Health Insurance is a health and life insurance program designed to protect every employee of a company against the
impacts of unfortunate occurrences. Your company has the freedom to customize life and health protection to suit your budget and needs.
BENEFIT OF GROUP LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE
In performing their day-to-day job, every employee needs peace-of-mind to achieve optimum results. We must also consider that in the event of employee accident, illness or death, any resultant loss of productivity could negatively impact company cash flow.
Group Life and Health will anticipate those risks. Benefits provided will depend on the type of protection chosen, as stated below:

PROGRAM DETAIL FOR EMPLOYEE NEEDS:

Direct Protection Care (DPC), specially designed for small enterprises with 10 to 50 employees. DPC provides group life protection (life, accident, and total permanent disability) and group health protection (inpatient, outpatient, and maternity). |

Total Protection Plus (TPP), specially designed for medium enterprises with a minimum of 51 employees. TPP provides group life protection (life, accident, and total permanent disability) and group health insurance (inpatient, outpatient, maternity, dental, and vision). |
WHO MAY BE INCLUDED IN GROUP LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE?
Employees who may be included are permanent and active employees (minimum 30 hours a week).
GENERAL RULES FOR GROUP LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE
• Company has been established before request is submitted.• Apply for company with specific minimum employee (10 people for DPC, 51 people for TPP).
• All employees must be included or participation based on position level without exclusion.
• Premium could be fully paid by company or contribution between company and employee.
• Fulfill minimum premium as required.
