Q:

What are the principal differences between KTA - Fixed Instalment and Standby Cash?

A:

KTA - Fixed Instalment :

The total amount of the loan is transferred to the customer's account.
The monthly instalment amount is fixed for each month during the instalment period.

Standby Cash:

Standby loan funds are placed in a special account issued for the customer and equipped with ATM card facilities.
The payment is to be made when funds is withdrawn or used by the customer from the account.
The minimum payment is 10% from the total monthly bill or minimum Rp50,000.- (whichever is greater). You may also pay more up to the entire total monthly bill.

A:

Effective interest is calculated based on the remaining principal of the loan. Flat interest is calculated based on the initial principal amount of the loan. The difference lies on the principal composition of the loan and interest forming the instalment/month.

How much is the penalty fee imposed if customer made early redemption?

A:

KTA - Fixed Instalment:

Instalment Period: ≤ 24 months	5% from the remaining principal loan plus administration fee of Rp200,000.-
> 24 months	5% from the remaining principal loan

Standby Cash: No penalty if the total monthly bill is paid in full.

For how long is the loan granted?

A:

KTA - Fixed Instalment: Flexible Tenor 3 months starting from 12-60* months. (Tenor 4 & 5 year shall only applicable for Employees with minimum net income of Rp 5 million).
Standby Cash: 12 months and extendable.

How to calculate the instalments?

A:

KTA - Fixed Instalment:

Example:

The instalment shall be:
