Q. I am an existing customer of Standard Chartered Bank with Rs.10 lakhs average quarterly balance - will I automatically get the Enhanced Business Plus Current Account product offer?
  No. There is a signup process that is required to be followed. Only customers who are willing to commit, and sign-up for one of the two module options will be offered the Enhanced Business Plus benefits.

Q. I have an existing Enhanced Business Plus 500 account. I hear that this has been withdrawn. Does this affect my services?
  All existing Enhanced Business Plus 500 account will now be converted to Enhanced Business Plus 100 accounts. You will find that there is no change in the features or services. Actually, the features on the Enhanced Business Plus 100 account have been upgraded to ensure that they are superior to the Enhanced Business Plus 500 account. So for a lower balance requirement you will get better features.

Q. What is Doorstep Banking?
 

Doorstep Banking involves the following:

> Pick-up - cash, cheque, customer instructions
> Delivery - cash, drafts / pay order

  Yes, you can. The choice is entirely yours.

Q. If I sign up for, say an Enhanced Business Plus 100 account, but I maintain a higher average balance, say 10 lakhs, will I get the services of higher average balance product (Enhanced Business Plus 1000 product benefits in this case)?
  The services offered to an Enhanced Business Plus customer will depend on the type of product signed up for by you, irrespective of higher balances maintained in the account subsequently. If you wish, you could do a fresh sign up to upgrade to a higher level of services.

  We have an International Trade & Treasury Services offering with special pricing and services benefits based on your trade volumes and the type of account you have with us (i.e. Business Plus, Enhanced Business Plus 100, Enhanced Business Plus 1000).

Q. What is Group Enhanced Business Plus offer?
  Group Enhanced Business Plus offer is a proposition under which related entities - new and existing (conditions apply) can maintain multiple Enhanced Business Plus Accounts and instruct the Bank to view these as a Group of accounts for the purpose of minimum balance requirements.
