Who can apply for this service?

All Standard Chartered customers (including Credit Card only customers) with the exception of the following are eligible for NetBanking:

• Where the customer has only loan accounts
• Where the customer has only term deposit accounts and
• Where the account is a JoB account and the customer does not have any other relationship with the Bank.

The service is also offered for individuals, companies, HUFs, partnership concerns, sole proprietorships.

To access the service you need your Secure Internet Banking ID and password.

Incase you have not got your ID and password as yet, go ahead and get it today. All you need to do is call Phone Banking in you city or Cards Helplines in your city for a quick and paperless registeration.
OR You could always visit us at any of our branches to register for the service.

Alternatively, you could download the form and drop it in at any of our branches or send it to our Customer Care Unit (as mentioned on the form).
