during holidays & late evenings? |

You will not be forced to take
leave from work to undertake inspections and meetings. At HomeAssist
you will find your Property Advisor on call late in the evenings,
on weekends and holidays. |

and the prices will be informed directly by the Service Provider |

Buyer: If
you buy a Builder Property, we shall charge you absolutely nothing.
If you buy a flat in the resale category, we shall charge you
2% of the final sale price |

Seller: If
you are the owner of a property under resale category, we shall
not charge you for listing the property
with us. However, we shall charge you 2% of the final sale price on closure of transaction trough us.
If you are a Builder we will charge 2%. |
