  HomeAssist is a professional property search and buying service from Standard Chartered Bank. It's a unique one-stop solution that guides you through every stage of buying a house.

Q. What are the steps in home purchase that HomeAssist can help me in?
  Our Property Advisors are experts in property related matters and are trained to guide you through the entire process of buying a house. Your experienced Property Advisor will take you through the following steps:

Q. What do you mean by Infrastructure Advice?
  When our executives escort you to inspect properties, they will also provide you with information on the infrastructure in the area like the nearest schools and colleges, hospitals, railway stations, banks, cinema, markets, shopping malls etc. With comprehensive information on local infrastructure, you will be in a position to take better and more informed decisions.

Q. What do you mean by Locational Advice?
  Our Advisors will advise you on how various locations compare with reference to other locations, the travel times to and fro from transport hubs, congestion, noise, etc. This will help you choose the location of your dream house easily, without having to undertake time-consuming visits.

Q. Will you provide me with Documentation Advice?
  We have tie-ups with good lawyers and property valuers who you can use at fixed rates and fixed turnaround times. Should you wish, you can avail of the services of these lawyers and valuers and pay them directly as per the fixed rate. Please ask your Property Advisor for the same.
  This will ensure that your property purchase is foolproof and quick. The Property Advisor will coordinate the documentation between these lawyers and valuers and seller/ builder so that you can sit back and relax.

Q. Can I view properties during holidays & late evenings?
  You will not be forced to take leave from work to undertake inspections and meetings. At HomeAssist you will find your Property Advisor on call late in the evenings, on weekends and holidays.

Q. How much will you charge for these services?
  We will provide you with references and the prices will be informed directly by the Service Provider
  Buyer: If you buy a Builder Property, we shall charge you absolutely nothing.
If you buy a flat in the resale category, we shall charge you 2% of the final sale price
  Seller: If you are the owner of a property under resale category, we shall not charge you for listing the property with us. However, we shall charge you 2% of the final sale price on closure of transaction trough us.
If you are a Builder we will charge 2%.

Q. Are there any hidden charges?
  No. All charges such as Stamp Duty, Registration and Transfer Charges will have to be borne by the buyer.

  One of our Property Advisors will contact you within 5 working days of your enquiry.
