    Who can apply for SMS Banking?
    This service is available to all individual account holders. Joint Account holders, where each account holder has full operating mandate on the account can also apply
    How can I apply for SMS Banking?
    To apply for SMS Banking, you can
  • Call our Phone Banking service
  • Visit any of our branches and submit the application form
  • Place your request through any of our ATMs
    How do I use SMS Banking?
    Once you are registered, for carry out a transaction (for e.g. checking your Account Balance), you just need to type a SMS message containing the:
  • Keyword for the service
  • Account Nickname (in case of multiple linked accounts)
  • Your personal SMS Banking PIN
  • Place your request through any of our ATM
    And send it to +919987123123.
    Depending on the nature of your request, you will receive the desired information or an acknowledgement of the request from us, on your mobile.
