Transaction Flow
1st Leg – Transfer Cash
·
Insert
your Standard Chartered Bank ATM/ Debit card and key in your ATM PIN.
·
Select
the required transaction from the menu – on the ATM screen.
·
Follow
the instructions displayed after you select a particular menu option.
·
Standard
Chartered Bank shall not be responsible for any error / omission committed by
the ATM / Debit card holder in entering the mobile number of the beneficiary.
·
Once
you have completed your transaction, remember to collect your ATM card Debit
card and advice slip.
·
Communicate
the Order Number on the advice slip to the beneficiary. Please ensure that the
order number is communicated to the beneficiary in a secured manner Standard
Chartered Bank shall not be responsible for any error / omission committed by
the ATM / Debit card holder in communicating the order number to the
beneficiary.
·
PIN
for the transaction will be communicated to beneficiary through SMS on the
mobile number entered.
·
For
security reason this transaction is valid for only 24 hours. In case the
beneficiary does not withdraw the underlying amount within 24 hours from the
time the ATM/Debit holder carried out the transfer, the transfer shall be
treated as cancelled.

Please Note :
·
The facility of withdrawal is available
only in select cities where SCB ATM is situated.
·
The beneficiary can withdraw the money only from an SCB ATM
·
Ensure that sufficient fund is maintained in your account for
completion of the transaction. Your account will be debited only at the time of
beneficiary withdrawing the amount and this will be shown as Cash withdrawal in
your account statement.
·
The transfer limit to a particular mobile number is INR 10,000 and
it must be in multiples of INR 100.
·
Daily transfer limit is INR 20,000.
·
Only one transaction per day is permitted to be carried on a
single mobile number.
2nd Leg – Cardless Cash Withdrawal
·
To withdraw cash, please use the plastic card available with the
Security Guard at SCB ATM location.
·
Enter the PIN (received through SMS), Order ID (received from the
sender), your mobile number and the amount.
·
Please Note:
·
The amount entered must be equal to the transferred amount.
Partial transfer is not allowed.
·
If the transaction is carried out after 24 hours, the same will be
rejected.
·
