and return it to us with all the relevant documentation
listed to enable us to open your account.

Supporting documentation you will need to complete with
your account application:
- Confirmation Of Identity form for each applicant

COI form here
- 'Certificate of Incorporation' or 'Certificate of Registration'
of the company either the original or a certified true
copy
- Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company
either the original or a certified true copy
- A certified extract of the Board Resolution appointing
us as bankers and authorising signatories to operate the
account
- Certified copy of all applicants passports
- Completed Company Mandate Form A
