Access to Relationship Manager
Excel customers will also enjoy access to a Customer
Relationship Manager. The manager will be your contact
person at the bank with whom you can discuss any special financial

Chartered's financial network. Additionally, we have a team of dedicated Excel Customer Service Officers at the branch who will enable you to:
- Transfer funds between your accounts
- Rollover your fixed deposits
- Request bank statements and order new cheque books
- Get information on daily exchange rates
Excel Electron Visa Debit Card
You will receive an Excel Electron Debit Card that will identify
you as an Excel Customer. This Card gives you access to your
funds through Standard Chartered ATMs or any VISA branded
ATMs worldwide. Additionally, you can use this card to purchase
goods at over 3,000 outlets in Kenya and over 1 million outlets
around the world.
