Does the call centre operate for 24hours? -
Unfortunately at the moment the centre only operates from 7am-7pm on weekdays and on Saturday from 8am-1pm.
If in case I lost my ATM card, what should I do? -
Once you realize that you debit card is missing it is wise to stop the card immediately. The numbers that you can call are for the Call centre which is 0203293900/0722203666/0733335511 during the working hours which are 7am-7pm weekdays and Saturday 8am-1pm and there alternative number that operates for 24hrs which is 2224477.
