How do I apply for the Kenya Shell Fuel Card? - At all SCB branches Country wide all you need to do is fill a simple fuel card application Form.
How much discount do I receive? - Kes 2 per Litre from the pump price this amount will be credited into your fuel card by the 10th of every month
Who is eligible? - All diva account holders are entitled to this benefit
How much is it to apply for a Card?- It is Kes 3000 although this amount is prepaid and your fuel card will come top up with this amount.
Is 2/= off the Pump price or the average price offered at the Stations?- Its off the Pump Price
How Many Petrol Satins does Kenya Shell have? - 120
Is this service available all over the Country?- Yes
What happens when I am out of the Country or not using my car?- Shell Cards can not be used outside of the country
Are there restrictions on how much I can use?- Its based on how much your willing to pay via Standing Orders
Can I use any car or is it Restricted to one car only?- You have an option to choose a specific car registration meaning it will be embossed on the card as such you can only use that car. However if you choose the option of any car then there is no restriction on which car you can fuel
Can I pay cash and Claim the Discount? - No unfortunately this discount is only available to Fuel Card holders
How do I get my Pin Number?- It shall be posted to you via your address
How Many days does it take to get my Card? - 3 Working days for Nairobi Branches and 5 Working Days for upcountry branches
Where do I pick my Card?- From the branch you applied from
