1. Do these offers cater for Divas outside of Nairobi?

Yes. The partners that we currently have cover locations out of Nairobi. For Sarova, the Diva can contact their central reservations (details in the Sarova page), without having to be there physically, to book for the holidays, spas etc.

2. Are the offers applicable to Diva Savings Account Holders?

Yes. They need to show their Diva Savings Card and proper identification to enjoy these benefits. As a Bank, however, we benefit more when the customers use their Debit Cards as opposed to cash, hence encourage the Divas to swipe, swipe, swipe.

3. Are these offers applicable to Diva Chamma members?

Yes. By virtue of the customers being member of the Diva Chamma account, they are members as well of the Diva Club account, and hence entitled to the offers.

4. For how long are these partnerships valid?

The partnerships are valid for one year. With a renewal every year, subject to how it has worked thus far. Therefore KQ automatically rolled over into 2011, Sarova has improved on their offer, valid from Feb 1st 2011 to Feb 1st 2012 and Healthy U 2000 Ltd is a new partner valid from Feb 1st 2011 to Feb 1st 2012.

5. Whom do the customers get in touch with if they encounter any problem with the merchant?

• If the problem is say card related, the can get in touch with the bank using the hotline number 2224477,
  or call centre, their RM or any branch.
• If the problem pertains to the merchants, they can get in touch with us,
  on Diva.Club@sc.com with the details, to enable us to engage conclusively with the merchant.
