For those who wish to invest in a second property, we allow our Customer to run a Second mortgage. The purpose of the mortgages can be any of the following:
Purchase of Residential Property either for owner occupation or investment
Construction of Property for owner occupation
Mortgage transfer from another bank or another institution
Cash against property
