The extra benefits
While your car is being repaired, you can carry on with your daily routine because you will receive up to Rs. 15,000 for taxi-hire if your car is in the garage for over 3 days.
If passengers including the driver are admitted to hospital as a result of an accident involving your car, each person will get Rs.1,500 per day, for up to 7 days. The sum doubles for ICU treatment. This is subject to a limit of Rs. 50,000 per annum.
The driver and passengers will receive a personal accident cover of Rs. 100,000 each, in case of death or permanent disablement.
*The above benefits will not be applicable to vehicles valued below Rs. 1 million.
