Do I qualify to enjoy this service?

All Standard Chartered Bank Priority customers who also carry Standard Chartered Credit cards can enjoy Room Service.

Can I also earn Bonus Points?

You most certainly can. You can earn Bonus Points on each Credit Card transaction you make.

Platinum Rewards -Platinum Cardholders can earn 2 Platinum Rewards Points on every Rs. 100/- spent.

Is there a limit to a transaction?

This will depend on the balance available on your Card/Account.

Terms and conditions

Standard Chartered Bank (the Bank) is not a supplier of the products or services offered by the service establishments and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
In addition to the cost of the goods ordered, a stipulated delivery fee will be charged from your Account/Credit Card for all deliveries undertaken.
All Classic and Debit Cardholders (Non Priority Banking) will be charged a handling fee of Rs. 250/- per transaction.
The Bank will not take responsibility for any matter related to the delivery process such as delays and damages, that may occur in delivery.
Customers should ensure that there are sufficient funds in the Account/Credit Card in order to carry out the instructions.
The Bank will be compelled to decline a request in case of non availability of funds.
Minimum delivery time from the time of confirmation of order:
The last order will be undertaken at 10 pm.
Minimum order value will be Rs.500/=
