Olga Zoutendijk, Head of Wholesale Bank Asia, recently visited Mauritius and coincidentally arrived in Mauritius on International Women’s Day. It was a brilliant experience for the women of Standard Chartered Bank (Mauritius) Ltd to spend quality time with Olga, who is the first woman from Senior Management to ever visit Mauritius. Although, Olga holds such a senior position, the staff felt that they could genuinely relate to her and thoroughly enjoyed interacting with her. They celebrated International Women’s Day with dinner at a Resort and allowed the CEO, Sridhar Nagarajan to join them, as he had ensured all the ladies had a memorable evening that they will treasure forever. Olga has become a great role model for all the women of SCBM and she is someone they all aspire to.
