Premium Service Banking
This brings together an outstanding range of payment, collection
and investment services with an exceptional level of reporting
and management control. It provides the following seven
service enhancement modules:
- Banking at your door step:
The convenience and security of a daily courier pick up
and delivery service at your office for routine banking
transactions. The service is available on a daily basis
for cheque deposits, trade finance documents, payment
instructions, statement and cheque book requests.
- Interim statement on demand:
Access to account information is only as far away as your
telephone. You can request an interim statement print
from the Customer Service Unit at any time up until 4.30
p.m. We can fax a copy to your office or send it the following
day by courier. Alternatively, you can request copies
of interim statements to be sent to you on specific days
of the week or month. This will be treated as a standing
instruction such that statements are available to you
first thing on the morning of the day specified by you.
- Customer hotline:
A dedicated Corporate Services Unit provides you with
a single point of contact with the bank. The hotline service
is available for all your transactional banking enquiries.
- Inward and outward remittance
service:
Prompt advice of all foreign currency remittance into
your accounts, including beneficiary information advised
by the remitter.
- Returned cheque reporting
service:
You get immediate notification, including reason, of any
cheques returned unpaid on your account. The notification
is sent on fax and the actual cheque is sent to you by
courier.
- Market Information:
You can request up-to-date information on foreign exchange
and money market rates to be faxed to you at any time
during banking hours or every day, as soon as rates are
available. As an alternative you can request a fax copy
of our Daily Market Report on a regular, periodic basis
as required. In addition, our weekly market commentary
provides trends in the local and international money markets.
