Import Financing

Instead of paying for your imports immediately, Standard Chartered is able to offer you import financing, to finance a drawing under an Import Letter of Credit or Import Collection, giving you time for the goods to be cleared and resold.

Your benefits
Standard Chartered can provide you with import facilities, for an appropriate period, in line with your working capital cycle, to assist you in financing your imports. We will work closely with you to determine your needs based on the type of goods involved, and your terms of trade. Additionally, our range of options will ensure that you enjoy the most appropriate financing instrument to meet your business needs.

Standard Chartered will work with you to understand the working capital needs of your company and provides this service to facilitate the financing of your entire trade cycle.

For more information about Standard Chartered's Import Financing, please contact your local Relationship Manager.
