Promo Mechanics

1. The Standard Chartered Bank (“Bank”) Free Yellow Cab Pizza promo (“Promo”) will run from August 1, 2009 to October 31, 2009 (“Promo Period”).
2. The Promo is open to non-Standard Chartered Bank cardholders who apply for a primary Standard Chartered Bank Platinum Cash Rewards, Gold or Nokia Standard Chartered co-brand credit card (each a "Standard Chartered Card"), submit all required application documents within the Promo Period and are subsequently approved for a primary Standard Chartered Card. Existing Standard Chartered Bank cardholders applying for an add-on credit card or supplementary card and those who voluntarily cancel their cards and subsequently apply for a new Standard Chartered Card are not eligible for the Promo.
3. All credit card applications submitted within the Promo Period are subject to the Bank’s final credit approval and shall be processed independent of eligibility for the Promo.
4. Approved Standard Chartered Bank Card holders (“Cardholders”) will receive one (1) Yellow Cab Pizza Co. (“Voucher”) enclosed with the Standard Chartered Credit Card in the welcome pack to be delivered. A Voucher is redeemable for one (1) 18-inch Yellow Cab Pizza in any variant from any Yellow Cab Pizza Co. branch in the Philippines valid for dine-in, take-out or delivery. Standard Chartered Cards that are cancelled prior to or upon delivery of the Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card will not be eligible for a Voucher.
5. To redeem the Voucher, the holder must present the Voucher (which must be surrendered in order to claim the 18-inch Yellow Cab Pizza of choice) to a valid Yellow Cab Pizza Co. branch along with an original valid ID bearing a photo and signature. For dine-in and take-out redemptions, the holder must present the Voucher to the cashier. For delivery redemptions, the holder must inform the person taking the order that the Voucher will be used for the delivery order and present the same to the delivery personnel. 6. The Voucher is valid from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010. All Voucher redemptions must be completed at a valid Yellow Cab Pizza Co. branch no later than July 31, 2010. Participation in the Promo is limited to Yellow Cab Pizza Co. branches in the Philippines.
7. The Voucher is fully transferable and is not convertible to cash or other Yellow Cab Pizza Co. items.
8. Neither the Bank nor Yellow Cab Pizza Co. shall be obliged to acknowledge, honor, block, cancel or replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Voucher in any event.
9. All redemptions using the Voucher are final and items so redeemed or received cannot be exchanged nor returned for any reason.
10. This Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with any other Bank or Yellow Cab Pizza Co. promotional program.
11. The decisions of the Bank on all matters relating to this Promo shall be final and binding on all Cardholders with the concurrence of DTI.
