The Prepaid Load Facility is a system exclusive to Standard Chartered Bank Cardholders. It brings you a new and convenient way to purchase prepaid load via a simple text message.
Prepaid load transactions requested through the Prepaid Load Facility are automatically charged to your Nokia Standard Chartered Card and will earn a 10% cash rebate*.
You need to enroll to the Prepaid Load Facility before you can enjoy this feature. Please call our Contact Centre at 830-1111 to enroll.
Important details regarding enrollment:
- 1. You need to enroll a mobile phone number from where all prepaid load requests will originate.
- 2. Once enrolled, you must nominate your Mobile Personal Identification Number (MPIN) prior to using the Facility.
- 3. Cardholders who forget their MPIN or wish to change their enrollment details may call our Contact Centre at 830-1111 for assistance.
