- ONE (1) photo-bearing ID shall be required.
- The original must be presented by the customer engaging the covered institution, together with the clear copy of the same.
- The general conditions for all identification documents are that:
- it must have a photo of the client;
- it must not be expired; and
- copies must be clear (photo and information details can be readily seen)
