In such an event, all your SCB Treasure points will be credited onto your new SCB Cashback Credit Card. For every 100 SCB Treasure Points, you will be given PKR 40 of credit balance. You can, however, start enjoying your Cashback rewards immediately upon activation of your new SCB Cashback Card. |
Q. Will I also get SCB Treasure Points on my transactions? No, you will not get SCB Treasure Points on the SCB Cashback Card because this card offers your unmatchable rewards in the form of instant cash rebate on all your transactions. Please note that the SCB Cashback Credit Card does not carry any SCB Treasure/Reward Points would, therefore, not be receiving any Reward Points under this program. |

Q. What if I don’t want my SCB MasterCard Cashback Credit Card, or wish to cancel it? If for any reason, you do not wish to continue using your SCB MasterCard Cashback Credit Card, please cut the Card into half, and send both halves to our Customer Service Unit. Please do not return your ATM PIN mailer with your Card. |
Q. Is there a cash withdrawal limit on my Credit Card? You can withdraw cash up to 30% of your credit limit. For example, if your credit limit is PKR 100,000 and your withdrawal limit is 30%, then your cash withdrawal limit will be PKR 30,000. |
Q. Will I be charged any cash withdrawal fee? On cash withdrawals through ATMs or over the counter transactions, a cash advance fee of PKR 600 or 3% of the transaction amount, whichever is higher, will be charged. |
