Cash Cover Plus is an insurance cover for Cash withdrawn from any SCBPL ATM/Visa Debit card against snatching,armed holdup and/or forced deprivation:

• Coverage upto daily withdrawal limit (PKR 30,000 for Core and PKR 50,000 for Priority customers) at any Standard Chartered Bank ATM
• Incidents occurring within 1 hour of withdrawal
• Coverage for Accidental Death PKR 500,000
• Notifications of claims to be made within 72 hours for loss of cash and within 60 days for accidental death
• Upto 3 claims in a year

Q What is Cash Cover Plus?

Cash Cover Plus is an insurance cover for cash withdrawn from a Standard Chartered Bank ATM using an ATM/VISA Debit Card. It covers any incident (robbery/theft/forced deprivation) of an amount upto your daily withdrawal limit (PKR 30,000 for Core and PKR 50,000 for Priority customers) for an hour after you make your withdrawal.

Q Who is eligible for Cash Cover Plus?

All Standard Chartered ATM/VISA Debit Card customers who opt for Cash Cover Plus insurance.

Q What if I am robbed after I have left the Standard Chartered ATM?

Cash Cover Plus provides coverage up to 1 hour from the time of withdrawal at a Standard Chartered Bank ATM.

Q Are there any charges for this service?

There is annual charge of PKR 1,200 which will be directly debited from your Account with automatic renewal in subsequent years.

Q How many times can I claim?

You can make up to 5 claims in a year.

It can take up to 15 working days after fulfillment of the complete documentation to process your claim.

Q How will I receive my claim?

Your claim amount will be directly credited in your Standard Chartered Bank Account linked with your ATM/Visa Debit Card.

Q What if someone else uses my ATM/VISA Debit Card?

Insurance coverage is only applicable if the ATM/VISA Debit Card was used by the person to whom the card belongs.
