Credit Cover Plus is an ideal insurance plan for you if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

Only for Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) Credit Card customers
Aged under 60 years of age

Note: Once enrolled under 60 years of age can remain enrolled until they have attained the age of 65 years.

Nominal Rate:
For as little as 69 paisa for every Rs 100 of your Credit Card monthly outstanding balance, you and your family can be assured of maximum peace of mind at a nominal rate.
Outstanding balance paid by Underwriter:
Whether it's terminal illness, critical illness or the unfortunate events of permanent disability or death, the entire outstanding balance amount on your Standard Chartered Credit Card Account will be settled by the Underwriter as of the occurrence of insured event, without causing any inconvenience. In addition, since all supplementary Credit Card transactions are charged to your Credit Card Account, these will also be covered and settled by the Underwriter.
Monthly Installment Payment:
In the unfortunate event of temporary disability due to accident or sickness for a period exceeding 45 days, the monthly installment(s) for each month during the disability up to a maximum period of 12 months, as of the occurrence of insured event, will be settled by the Underwriter. Under this scenario the Underwriter will pay your minimum amount due on your behalf. For further details please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

SCBPL may without prior consent from customer transfer, assign the benefit or any part of its obligations and rights to any third party, member of SCB group or any successor of all or part of SCBPL.

The Customer hereby consents to Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited (SCBPL), its officers and agents disclosing information relating to me / us and my / our Account(s) and / or dealing relationship(s) with SCBPL, including but not limited to details of my / our facilities, any security taken, transactions undertaken and balances and positions with SCBPL, to

any office or branch of the bank, or any Group member; any of its subsidiaries or subsidiaries of its holding company, affiliates, related corporations, representative and branch offices in any jurisdiction and related corporations (the "Permitted Parties");
the agents and independent contractors of the Permitted Parties who are under a duty of confidentiality to the SCBPL;
any actual or potential participant or sub-participant in, or assignee, novatee or transferee of, or any insurer of, or provider of Credit Cover Plus of any of SCBPL's rights and / or obligations in relation to my / our facilities;
any court, tribunal, regulatory, supervisory, governmental or quasi-governmental authority with jurisdiction over the Permitted Parties; and
any of my / our guarantors, third party pledgors or security providers.
