- Eligibility
- You must be a Standard Chartered Bank account customer
- Joint Accounts, Partnership, Private/Public limited account holders are not eligible for using the Internet Banking service
- Please also note that:
- For using Instant Registration it is essential that your current Mobile number must be updated in our records.
- If your Mobile SIM was re-issued within the last 48 hours then you will not be able to use Instant registration to enroll for iBanking.
- To activate your iBanking id at phone banking you must call from your landline number (office/home) updated in our records.
- You must also have a Standard Chartered ATM/Debit card. It will be required at the time of activation at Phone banking.
