Standard Chartered Bank employees participate in the Al Massar programme
11th July 2010, Qatar -Qatari staff at Standard Chartered Bank recently participated in an engaging and interactive training session called the Al-Massar Performance Management training programme; a workshop especially designed for and delivered to local staff as part of Standard Chartered Bank's Qatarisation development strategy.
The main deliverables of the course include helping participants understand what SMART (Stretching, Measurable, Agreed, Realistic and Time-Bound) objectives looked like besides preparing for appraisal discussions with Line Managers, practicing active listening skills and developing an understanding of various questioning techniques to help staff through the appraisal discussion
