Standard Chartered Bank staff visits Home for the Elderly Care
Doha, 12 October 2010 -Staff at Standard Chartered Bank recently paid a visit to the Qatar Foundation Elderly People Care Home. A tour of the centre, the facilities and services being given to the patients were shown to the staff and they had the opportunity to interact and spend some time with the patients the as well.
Haya Mashhood, Head Corporate Affairs, Standard Chartered Bank Qatar who accompanied the staff to the centre said, "My colleagues and I enjoyed our visit to the Qatar Foundation Elderly People Care Home. We were extremely impressed with the professional facilities and dedicated services the nurses and doctors are providing for the patients. It was very clear that the patients and care givers enjoy a close relationship. This is our fist visit to the centre and definitely not the last. At Standard Chartered Bank, we consider it our responsibility to contribute to the community in Qatar in any way we can. "
